At VanApp Application, we are committed to maintaining a secure, respectful, and
ethical environment for all our internal users. Our platform is exclusively used
within the department for the inspection and monitoring of schemes, and is not intended
for any external or public use. However, we recognize our responsibility to take
proactive measures in preventing, identifying, and addressing any form of child
sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) that may arise in the course of our work.
Our Commitment:
Prohibition of CSAE
We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior within our platform
that may involve, promote, or be related to CSAE, whether directly or indirectly.
This includes ensuring that no harmful materials, even those linked to CSAE, are
shared or tolerated within the department.
Detection and Monitoring
We continually monitor internal activities and shared content to ensure compliance
with our CSAE policy.
Reporting and Collaboration
We encourage all internal users to report any CSAE-related concerns or suspicious
activities via our internal reporting mechanisms or by contacting ccfitbihar@gmail.com
We collaborate with relevant internal teams and, when necessary, with law enforcement
authorities to address CSAE issues.
Internal Safeguards
Our platform is strictly for use by department employees. We maintain robust internal
safeguards to ensure that no minors or external users can access the system, and
all activities are conducted professionally.
Actions We Take:
Content Removal
Any content or activity that violates our CSAE policy will be removed immediately,
and the user responsible will face appropriate disciplinary action, which may include
suspension or termination of access.
Law Enforcement Reporting
Any verified CSAE-related content or incidents will be promptly reported to the
relevant law enforcement authorities, and we will fully cooperate with any investigations.
Education and Awareness
While our platform is not used by minors, we remain committed to educating our internal
users on the importance of CSAE awareness and the responsibility we share in maintaining
a safe and ethical work environment.
