Prohibition of CSAE

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior within our platform that may involve, promote, or be related to CSAE, whether directly or indirectly. This includes ensuring that no harmful materials, even those linked to CSAE, are shared or tolerated within the department.

Detection and Monitoring

We continually monitor internal activities and shared content to ensure compliance with our CSAE policy.

Reporting and Collaboration

We encourage all internal users to report any CSAE-related concerns or suspicious activities via our internal reporting mechanisms or by contacting ccfitbihar@gmail.com We collaborate with relevant internal teams and, when necessary, with law enforcement authorities to address CSAE issues.

Internal Safeguards

Our platform is strictly for use by department employees. We maintain robust internal safeguards to ensure that no minors or external users can access the system, and all activities are conducted professionally.

Actions We Take:

Content Removal

Any content or activity that violates our CSAE policy will be removed immediately, and the user responsible will face appropriate disciplinary action, which may include suspension or termination of access.

Law Enforcement Reporting

Any verified CSAE-related content or incidents will be promptly reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and we will fully cooperate with any investigations.

Education and Awareness

While our platform is not used by minors, we remain committed to educating our internal users on the importance of CSAE awareness and the responsibility we share in maintaining a safe and ethical work environment.
